The most wonderful and magical time of the year is approaching and there are a lot of Christmas events happening all over Cyprus. I've been looking online to find out what's happening in Cyprus this year so I've gathered most of the Cyprus Christmas events and I'm sharing them with you here.  I will be attending with my family - kids just love this time of the year! Operating hours: Weekdays 16:00-23:00 | Saturdays 14:00-23:00 | Sundays 12:00-23:00 The opening ceremony of the Derynia Christmas Village 2023-2024 events of Deryneia Municipality will happen on the 25th of November The program includes Christmas melodies from the Symphonic Band of Strovolos Municipality (European University of Cyprus) 40 members Party with Dj Stelios from Mix FM Dance performances from Elena Ttofa's "Passion Dance" School Lighting of the Christmas Tree Children's Corner with Santa Claus and his elves Traditional Carols and Christmas songs by the Deryneia Municipal Choir Christmas songs by students of Niki and Christos Karaiskou Music School Christmas Mascots by members of the "Drymio" Dance Ensemble of Deryneia Municipality There will be booths with food, drinks, delicacies, handicrafts, constructions, etc. Time: 6:00 p.m. Event locations: Panagia church square, Folklore Museum, and Outdoor Museum of Folk Art of Traditional Professions SanTaLefkara is open to guests every day from 10 am to 10 pm, bringing a touch of Christmas enchantment and a host of delightful surprises. Cyprus Carnival Events 2023

Cyprus Carnival is one of the most popular and vibrant cultural events on the island. During the Carnival period, the island comes alive with a colorful parade in all the cities, with people wearing costumes, and dancing to traditional music. Limassol is the main city that hosts most carnival events all over the island and hosts the biggest parade in Europe. This year, the carnival will take place between February 16 – 26, 2023 and it promises to be bigger and better than ever before. If you're looking for a unique and exciting way to experience the culture and traditions of Cyprus, then the Limassol Carnival is the perfect event for you. In this post, we'll take a closer look at what you can expect from the carnival period, and provide you with a list of Cyprus Carnival Events. Limassol Carnival Events Grigoris Afxentiou Square (District Administration Office) comes alive at 18:00, once again, for this year’s Carnival festivities. We are joined by the Castiglion Fiorentino Historical Group in a spectacular flag-waving show with impressive flags and costumes. Live music by the Batukinio Percussion Band and the Brazilian Band consisting of 8 musicians and 12 percussionists. Snacking, appetizers, wild partying, and lots of drinking await you to start of this year's carnival at Diamante Blu at the Old Port. Make your reservations in advance at 25377378 The Tsiknopempti Parade and the King’s arrival in the city will be led by the Limassol Carnival’s Flame King.
