Cyprus Carnival is one of the island's most popular and vibrant cultural events. During the Carnival period, the island comes alive with a colourful parade in all the cities, with people wearing costumes and dancing to traditional music. Limassol is the principal city that hosts most carnival events all over the island and hosts the biggest parade in Europe. This year, the Cyprus Carnival 2024 will occur between March 07 and 17, and promises to be bigger and better than ever before. Last Update: 03/03/2024 Limassol Carnival Events The Tsiknopempti Parade and the King’s arrival in the city will be led by the Limassol Carnival’s Flame King. The parade will commence at Grigoris Auxentiou Square (located in front of the Governor’s Office), travel through the streets of the old town and conclude back at Grigoris Auxentiou Square. A celebration of song and dance will commence afterwards. Agro Cyprus and Leggo Cy are introducing their first Carnival Land event, a day-long music festival at The Warehouse in Limassol on March 7th at 3pm.
