Cyprus Carnival is one of the island’s most popular and vibrant cultural events. During the Carnival period, the island comes alive with colourful parades across all cities, featuring people in costumes dancing to traditional music. Limassol is the principal city, hosting most carnival events across the island and the largest parade in Europe.
The 2026 Cyprus Carnival ended, and it was amazing. From the parades and costumes to the music and street parties, it brought a real festive mood to the island. If you missed it this year, or you already want to plan ahead, the dates for Cyprus Carnival 2027 are now set, 4 March 2027 to 14 March 2027.
